Dear darlingest Miyang,

Just a few brief reminders for us, my love - I've got about 7 minutes to spill it out as that's the time I've got left for this computer here in this Internet cafe:

- Holocaust Denial (I sent the news article on your email, my darlingest - this makes me fume), Movie Piracy (why it is a necessary - but temporary - evil in emerging Countries for now), Army (particularly in the U.S. Army) suicides (of course, we will help the troops) and suicide in general, the one Majority and our Mother Asia: one Asia or the concept of an Asian Union, the concept of De-escalation (fettering the beast of war, one string at a time - sort of like Gulliver) and Peace Zones, List of Significant Conflict Zones in our Mother Asia, Sacrifice, Patriotism and Humanity in the context of the Global Financial Crisis.

I love you.

Dear darlingest Miyang,

Hi darlingest! I was thinking about Sunbeams earlier this afternoon, my love. I was trying to find a Filipino name for her and I think I've found it - it goes like this: AnnaSophia, AnnaSophiacat, Sunbeams, Twinkles, Luningning (Filipino for Twinkle), Luning, Ningning, Ning, Muning, Ming, Ming-Ming - there, you go - from AnnaSophia to Muning to the one-syllable "Ming" to "Ming-Ming" which to me is so cute. You know, I hope she doesn't get mad if ever she finds out, my love; its not out of any disrespect for her name that we make it cuter, that way we just make it more fun. It's what's being spoken in the heart that really matters - cor ad cor loquitur - heart speaketh unto heart. If anything else but familiar hearts were to do the same thing, it would be hurtful, because it would not be done out of love.

Our names here on earth are important, my darlingest, for it is how we know each other - but more important above all is the name that God calls us with - that we may awaken into Him - which is not our earthly names - it is the name that our LORD has written in heaven for each of us, the name by which out of the emptiness of the deep, our souls have been called into existence by the will of our one Creator, which is also the reality of that place prepared by Christ for us in His Heart: that name we can not make any more adorable than it is - but as for our names here on this inhabited earth, my dalingest Miyang Marie, I do not see any reason not to make it more cute, adorn it with our joy and make it into nice things that make us more intimate with each other, right?

I love you, my Mrowley-Polley, my Meowrrrja, my Annekatcatcat, My dalingest, sweet, sweet, sweet (x the speed of light) Yang-yang Marie.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090126

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

The Catholic Church in America is battling abortion which is a great scourge - a veritable holocaust of unsung children that though hidden must be such a hideous abomination in the eyes of God and of the angels of God. Death is not a choice; it is a consequence of a wrong choice, willfully embraced: Why should the unborn shoulder this evil?

Of course, my love, I stand with and I speak for Holy Mother Church as regards to abortion. It is wrong by weakness. It is evil by malice. Where we not creatures endowed by our LORD with the gift of free will, then abortion could be argued successfully as something good but that universe is not this universe, my Miyang.

It is so unfortunate that the stand that President Obama is taking could not be more clear and cogently distinct as regards to when human life - body and soul - begins which is at conception. It is so unfortunate that the President of the most responsible endeavor of Country on this one planet can not be more oriented and aligned towards life. But the President is a politician and has the duties and responsibilities of that state of life. We must understand that, he is accountable not only to his subordinates in government but also to his peers in the people and constantly pray for him and his executive staff.

In the ideal Republic, the position of the President is a commander-in-place - God being every true Republic's first defender. In my own opinion, this was the Republic that the American Founding Fathers once conceived, fought for and merited - a faithful Republic, a one Republic - it is the Republic that I am now trying to find and to live in my heart, which I desire to bring out into the reality of my own Philippine Republic and to all Republics needful of repair - including, God-willing, the American Republic. Where the Union that defends the American Republic was during the time of Abraham Lincoln, the thought of abortion would have curdled the blood of any American - why is it different today? Is it because that courageous Union that represents the one American nation has evolved or has its spirit weakened?

However that question shall in the course of all our hopes be answered, the fact remains, to dwell on divisive issues shall not serve us today. I tear up when I look at little newborns because I know how many millions of their peers do not survive because there are people in this poor world of ours who have chosen not to embrace them but have chosen to make them pay for mistakes that have nothing to do with these children who are never by heaven forgot.

But that is not the only concern, moral or political, that must carry our attention. The significance of this 44th President must not be lost because we chose to lose our focus on the evils at hand - we must be able to focus more on what good our LORD also wants us to bring out from the evils He has made sufficient for our day. Racial issues, war and peace, the environment, foreign policy and international relations, torture, health care - despite the understandable political differences, the reality of these things are ready to be advanced and they also do need our prayers and our Catholic will of good to fulfill their promise in Jesus Christ for the people not only of the USA but of the world.

As regards to the very vital issue of abortion - let us take a damage control stance - let us be ever mindful of the reality of the wholes - those endeavors of Country like mine own beloved Philippines who are decidedly aligned towards life must take it into their will to amend their Constitution to reflect this intention and draw the international line on behalf of the unborn. There are other, better and more meaningful ways of sustaining population growth than selfish choice - in the long run, I know we shall be better off this way and until then, we must hold our ground while making advances into other fields. Where there is yet robust albeit at times partisan political debate about issues that tear at our hearts, is it not just practical to say that once the quorum of the people become convinced, the politicians shall also follow suit. So as regards to abortion in America where it counts, it is the people who should talk like people should talk to each other - heart to heart - and not attack each other, but talk like people do. Hats off to Father Pavone and Priests for Life and EWTN for spearheading this movement.

Corruption, drug abuse and instability are the central issues that the Particular Church, hand in hand with all honorable religion, in the Philippines as well as in other emerging nation-states within our one planetary whole need to confront and God-willing, overcome.

I have to go for now, Yang. I have a job to do for my aunt.

I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090125

Dearest Miyang Marie,

A good wife is from the Lord, my love. And that is just so true. Some time ago I wrote an entry on our main blog about the single life - "Single Not Alone". I should that I follow it up some more some time - with particular emphasis on that love that transcends all mortal love which is the love of the angels as spoken of by our Savior, Jesus Christ, which is also the love that we share together, my love - as well as develop some other themes pertinent to our cause. Monogamy and the integrity of marriage i.e. one man and one woman, the human family, the care and protection of minorities i.e. the weak and the defenseless - including the unborn, the defense of human needs against materialistic exploitation, the defense of truth against relativism, the equal ordering of our communities which is the concept of the one whole one, the culture of peace, development and conservation of our nations, planetary responsibilities, the paradigm of the peace or the commonwealth trust of the one family of the nations of mankind, interdependence or the one family of the nations of mankind, meeting instability in the fifth battlespace and other things as well - the mystery of evil, suffering and human happiness - so much to do, my love. And we can do it, too, I know - why? Simply, because we care. We care about things that are worth caring about.

But as regards to the most immediate matter at hand - the siege of war - we shall introduce the concept of measured de-escalation - one that preserves the dignity of all sides truly wanting the peace - and therefore, fighting for the right reasons - which is but one reason only: to prosper the people - while exposing the shame of those who willfully dwell with the spirit of war. Admittedly, violence can be addictive and not many are able to quit it cold turkey - but we shall go with the truth that the heart of all men are amenable to reason. And so it is the purpose of measured de-escalation to give footing for human reason to find the most natural way out of full-blown conflicts until such a time as the human spirit is strong enough again in the people to lift that particular nation or region (or whole) entire out of the descendant gravity of war. The de-emphasizing of war and the introduction of the culture of peace to the younger generations is also a necessary step in order to further weaken the beast of war until such a time as its hold on our one planetary whole is not as existentially threatening to our one family of nations as it is today.

De-escalation and education must go hand in hand in order for peace to gain momentum in regions where war has so pervasively dominated for thousands of years. De-escalation involves incremental observances of time and place (in that order) where rules that protect life and preserve the peace must apply and is agreed upon by all parties to a conflict. It will provide a counterpoint argument that exists in actual reality as to the real viability of peace over war.

De-escalation should then lead to the concept of permament peace communities which is a concept that is tried and tested in Mindanao that should also serve the peace processes around the world just as well. Once peace gains a foothold, it shall only take a consistent political will to carry out the necessary legal, governmental and international processes that shall lift the cloud of war from particular wholes within our one planetary whole. After all, peace is our original estate - the human soul shall naturally incline towards where it feels at home the most.

I love you, my Miyang Marie.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090124

Dear darlingest Miyang,

It's the weekend and though I feel a tinge of guilt at being blessed with the luxury of being able to sit back and try to relax with my loved ones, too much worrying about worrisome things around me in our world today will not help the situation get any better. Better to relax, pray, go to mass and renew my energy for the coming work week than to be all eaten up by needless anxiety.

There is so much to do, my darlingest, that sometimes, I feel swamped the moment I sit down and try to organize my mind - so much things need to be expressed.

The Dalits - per our Sunbeams, I've pondered with our Lord and I've come up with some things about it but I still feel that it needs more pondering: This is all a question of equality - which has its roots at the question (or the mystery) of human happiness. We must further expound for this particular concern on the reality of the wholes.

Our Philippines, my Miyang, is going to undergo some challenges this year - economic, political, existential, spiritual, and social - and we shall certainly be there for her - our Old Defiant don't fly because this nation ain't resilient - as a matter of fact, we are a people known for our resiliency - we can outlast anything - anything, my love. We should re-awaken in the Filipino heart - the kind of love that honors our commitments to each other in Country. Truly, the only realistic buffer that we have against the economic crisis is each other - and this is true for all Countries.

President Obama is hell bent on closing Gitmo - and this is just the right thing to do - but how to do it - without compromising the fight - that is the question - it is a question not of details but of absolutes - of faith perspectives that include or exclude the whole of our shared humanity - this should be an issue that is undertaken by the competence of our military Chaplaincy - and then the justice of our courts, national (US or other) and/or if necessary, international. All our court systems (national to international) will do well to have in place a common process for this kind of thing as "instability" will constitute the most common kind of threat to our nations as a whole in the new age.

It's Chinese New Year - yay! I'd buy some "tikoy" to give out to loved ones but right now, I'm running on fumes. Oh well, I'll make sure to be in better shape next year, my love.

I love you, Yang-yang.

Always to always,

Pusing

P.S.

Sunbeams' birthday is December 8 - that's the feast of the Immaculate Conception, you know. I'm having two minds right now whether she's a calico or an orange marmalade cat with white paws and a white muzzle - we'll let her decide for herself, of course. But for now, she's a calico like you, Emz and Nat. What can I say, I love calicos. Lol.

20090122

Dear darlingest Annelies Marie,

With Barack Obama now installed the 44th president of the USA, one could now sufficiently say that the Civil Rights movement have indeed come full circle and that racial integration has truly become a one whole reality in that leading Republic of the one family of the nations of mankind.
What about religious intolerance? If we allow one segment of our shared humanity to become vulnerable to any sort of irrational hate; if we just sit by and allow the flames of war to consume parts of our human habitation (understanding what our human habitation really and truly is) when will the conflagration stop?

My darlingest, I have pondered for so long about your own hope. So long that our LORD has willed it to become my own. You are a part of me now, my Miyang, just as I am part of you. This is why I shall constantly work to push for Ecumenism and Muslim integration into our societies. Not because I love just one person or segment of our shared humanity but because to love one means to love all. And this is most especially true in this day and age that I am now currently moving in, my love.

As regards to the Middle East, Israel has pulled out of the Gaza strip - it is now the turn of the Palestinian people to determine for themselves a course of national destiny, and one that is attainable within the limits of the present generation, which I know is very limited but not in spirit, mind you - it is from the heart where all the issues of life, time and all its contents pour out into the reality of our present time - each and every heart together weave with Almighty God, for good or ill, the history of these times. I know and I believe that the Palestinians in themselves have the executive will to facilitate the building of the peace - their experience, albeit painful and terrible, should have left them with so much hope - if only they can ascend high enough in their collective will as a people to look above and beyond the fog of war.

Between the two factions, both mandated by their electorate, where any division persists against the common good of the people - it is the quorum of the people who must ultimately retain lawful validity - for it is the honorable right of the majority to choose their own vision of government as well as dictate the will of its constitution - but always on behalf of the minority. Where we to speak about a democracy, it is the consent of the people - the consent of the governed - and not the tyranny of those that govern - that shall give birth to the responsible state. For the executive will must always embody the will of the people - as a one national whole - in time as well as in dimensional space, being constantly mindful of the eternal destiny of our nations.

Peace is not my side nor is peace anybody's side - it is the one whole paradigm that is true and singularly faithful to our shared humanity - it is the original state of our faded Eden - it contains, in exile time, the motions of all in all - an ascent towards our LORD.

Therefore, our "Peace" is to mean, I own your hopes with you, my beloved friend - I will see to your hopes, my constant companion, I shall, God-willing, be for you as their fulfillment. How can this ever be won in battle?

Peace in the Middle East is crucial - it is from here, upon these choice lands, that the siege of war that has embittered our world for so long must be broken that the darkness of our times may soon be lifted - so that we may each, as nations and as human beings together, begin the difficult work of building on the hope of each of our particular undertakings of Country, and by the sheltering wings of peace, extend our good will to those generations of life to come.

I love you.

Always to always.

Pusing

P.S.
You know, Yang-yang - on the DVD cover of the movie, "The Reaping", there is a picture of our AnnaSophia trying to look scary; *lol* she was trying for the scary cat look. But knowing her heart, it simply doesn't work. Lol.

From now on, upon our Planet Annelies, we'll call her "Sunbeams", our All-American calico cat. It says on her website that she's doing some kickboxing as well - awww, looks like our Sunbeam's growing sharp teeth, cute but sharp.

20090121

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

Hello darlingest, exile time may be dark and our poor world - on its own - bereft of the truth but there are moments, near and far, as well as personalities, known and known to God alone, that never fail to appear to make dark things known and evil days bearable.

Well, for starters, my love - I have you. Of course, we all have God - but particular to every person's faith in God are the graces and remembrances our LORD would have us accept and bear into heart and mind - alone with God alone. Of these things, I may only speak of my own soul with God - for to presume to speak for other souls - where faith is concerned - would be to tempt the LORD. It is hope that is common to all - and it is to our hopes - our human hopes together - that we shall, each of us, be a keeper of.

Now, my love - I am Catholic but that does not give me licence to make the whole world into copies of me - which is why faith and hope, universal as well as particular - human as well as Christian, are two completely different virtues. If my faith is real, then just as real must be my commitment to belong to ALL human hope - that is the gist of our Lord's command to bear good fruit. And not to tempt the LORD by desiring hellfire on anybody or to become a living hypocrisy by seeking to belong to some special clique in complete violation of the one whole peace. I believe this is to have good will and to have good will that elicits in the heart, a peace that only my belief in Christ will give me through it.

Which means, my darlingest that just like you, I love all people. And just like you, I am an ally of all nations without exception.

Now another bright star in our hearts together right now is AnnaSophia Robb - I love the way this girl is, my love. I love her heart; it has the power to touch mine - cor ad cor loquitur. And just like when I talk about you, nobody listens to me when I talk about her so we're going to talk about her together. She is called early in life, Yang. Unlike me, my darlingest, I am called later in life as you intimately know. She has so much potential, I believe, to give to our world and I should that we pray for her always, my love.

She introduced our hearts to the plight of the Dalits in India - the "Untouchables" - outcasts of a social system that recognizes not the reality of their humanity - well, if that system doesn't want them, my love - we shall take them in as well. We shall own their hope and help them to live like human beings should and must live - with both promise and dignity. So let us ponder more about the Dalits with our Lord and our Lady, my love.

Yesterday was the inauguration of the 44th president of the USA, Barack Obama, my darlingest, and I was watching the event live on cable. This is a turning point in world history that I am completely honored to be a part of last night - Philippine time, of course. I felt the huge hope of the world, my love, and indeed, what President Obama said was true - there is a huge task ahead of us, it is a work of hope and it will take time - time itself, let us not forget, being the territory not of the enemies of life but of the God of all life. There will be a lot of challenges ahead but I do believe that, with grit and determination, and through faith - they can all be overcome. Our humanity only need to understand our near-limitless potential as a whole - as a one family of the nations of mankind. This shall soon be understood when seen in stark contrast to war and the consuming darkness of the ambition of war.

More to come soon, my Yang-yang.

I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

Dear darlingest Miyang,

Just a short note for today. Finally, there is a relative quiet in Gaza - a shaky cease fire has just recently been placed in effect - unilaterally - by both sides. This is good - then the people can at least breathe. They can grieve in their hearts without being distracted by the outside world that besiege them with calamity from all sides, it seems.

Now, the people of the Palestinian nation - forged by their own common experience must unite under this spirit and realize for themselves, the soul of their nation - which is an identity that makes them distinct from all the other nations of the world - because this soul will found for their nation a place in heaven - in their heart of hearts - that they will then aspire to reflect here on this inhabited earth through their own undertaking of Country - as a work of hope, one that is no longer shed in tears - but is as a promise kept. They should realize what the beast of war is capable of doing to our one humanity, already weary and broken after millennia of conflicts, and turn away from it - feed it not and take to the new.

For this beast matures with every soul that disappear into its voracious maw, it has given birth to countless crimes, massacres, genocides - an escalating array of terrible spawns that shall only escalate in their ability to break and destroy the spirit of our shared humanity. And shall culminate in its last and most terrible incarnation.

But Country can not be completed by a nation alone. They need the love and protection of a responsible state - and no house divided against itself can attain to establish this unless they realize first where their loyalties lie - to the sheltering wings of Country that prosper the peace of the people or to the descendant gravity of war that mire all nations that it afflicts with its curse in poverty and despair. To unite in the ascent of peace - and unto the fulfillment of all national destiny at the shores of forever or to surrender to the division which is the descendant gravity of war and ultimately to annihilation. Honor can only be kept if the good of all - all sides of the one side of peace which is the one family of the nations of mankind - is safeguarded with prudence, justice and fortitude.

Now, if Jesus Christ, the one Redeemer of Humankind - ever had a will for all our nations - regardless of any differences or distinctions between us - in my own heart, it will be this - Peace. How do we achieve it - THINK. PRAY. Make a FREE choice to follow the Light and shine - as YOU truly are - one Love, alone with the Alone and intimate with the Intimate.

This is what we are trying to do - to convert the hope of our poor world from one of war into one of peace - and become for all the communities of mankind, a blessing - just as God had promised of old to our Father Abraham - in the numberless stars that we are.

My darlingest Miyang, I love you - you are the starlight smile that never fails me.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090114

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

Hi there sweetness! What can I say, my love - today is great. The weather right now is overcast and cool - reminds me so much of the Bay Area in springtime. Everything is just right. I've been in recovery now since before Christmas, my darlingest. You and I are pulling it together. Sometimes, the temptation is so near but then again, when I turn my thoughts heavenward, towards you, towards God and all of you, I get this near resolve that I must just with a little more effort on my part connect with my own will to fight and then the commitment becomes clear again - God's grace takes into effect and the will to stay the Straightpath becomes real and tangible again in my soul. To watch and to pray, like our most loving Jesus Christ said, is essential - and you are essential, my love - for everytime I think of you - I can easily think of all the rest of heaven - of our Lady, the angels, the saints and of our LORD and of our Lord Christ without Whom nothing is possible for me - including you, my love. And I do think of you very, very, very often, my love - and I know, you think of me also because you come into my heart by your own will many times as well.

One almost funny anecdote we could put down here, my darlingest - and I don't know if I already put it down - is when during one early morning I set out to meet this friend of mine who still suffers with me, the sickness of drug abuse - it was like 3am or close to that time and I was really, really tempted I almost fell into that pit again. As I was about to leave my mom's apartment - it seems I forgot to take you with me in my soul, my darlingest for lo! - This image of you appeared in my soul tapping your feet impatiently with a look in your eyes that told me - "and just where are you going without me?" My own thoughts were already far afield from you, my loveliest love, and you took hold of me in order to return me to my senses; in order to return me back home to you.

My heart's images of you, my love, is not like the images seen by the physical eye - their distinctions are not dimensional because I still pine very, very much to see you with my own eyes, my loveliest love. These images are sometimes difficult to express because if one can see love itself there they are, my darlingest - I see you the way I feel about you in my heart - it is not a physical sight - it is the same sight that enables me to see in my heart our Lady, the saints who are close in God to us and the angels who are assigned by God to us. Although sometimes, I could almost see your starlight smile so close to my face, I could smell your cheerful summer fragrance so near to me - it is only my heart and my will that is satisfied and never my mind or my reason that continually searches for you, my darlingest Annelies Marie.

At times, I do get lonely, and you know that, my love, for although I know that I am never alone - faith and the activity of faith - takes a certain effort on our part, it is an act that must be willed by a will that knows its virtue and therefore, it requires expenditure of energy - it exhausts the body more the soul (because the body must struggle to apprehend what the spirit is meaning to transmit to it) so you come out feeling really tired and must drop down to the level of the reality that we normally inhabit with our physical senses here in our inhabited earth.

One can not sustain continuously a deeper meditation on things that belong to the realms of the spirit because, if God does not guard us and the activity of our faith does not exhaust us, one would either lose one's self and go insane or one would become lured into the darkness of evil things where there is no more return. I am only fortunate to have the assistance of all of you and only by the pure grace of God do I keep my own sanity. And the Love of my Savior, Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit keeps me, through my own cooperation, from being completely and irredeemably separated from the reality of God's grace in my soul. God's grace in my soul - the activity of the Holy Spirit in my life and in the life of all of those God chose to be His portion - the one Communion of Saints - my Holy Mother Church - all of You, the one Fold of the one Light who are my friends and my companions forever - this is Christ's peace in my heart - something I understand that I absolutely need because it is the only merit that keeps me from being by the Devil totally and utterly consumed. Therefore, I never, ever question anymore where Jesus Christ leads me because I am in need and that is the truth.

That is why vocal prayer also has great merit, I have found - as a guide - like rails along the invisible ascent of prayer, their words hold us steady against the buffeting winds of distractions - they provide us with shade in the heat of aridity, the pious wisdom of other hearts to hold us fast against those trying times of uncertainty that often happen in the interior life and the light of hope to hold back those great spells of darkness that dominate here in exile time those seasons within. Vocal prayers as well as prayers focusing on hope refresh and rejuvenate the soul of the weary wanderer. One should always have a will to press on and advance in the spiritual life.

Truly, I am nothing but a pampered soul, my darlingest. It is in times of aridity that the Christian character of a soul really gets tried by fire. When all things seem distant, even you, when every prayer is like a long, vertical climb and every temptation seem to open up into deep, yawning chasms from below your feet; trying your hope, exhausting your faith, stretching your love - when all things seem easy and the right thing is but a suffering; when the one choice to obey is barren and empty of all consolation; when the only wisdom is to trust in the wisdom that is to come; when the only clinging that shall prove thee true must be a clinging of the heart and never more of the hands - that is when we are allowed by our God to grow in the way that we must all grow - from within.

Many times, I am so unsure - but certainty was never a trademark of our faith, my love. Nor is our hope one that is easy to hold on to, for we are created both of earth and of spirit and as thus, were never meant to fly with wings as all our hopes must with our prayers take their flight. But we are redeemed with Love, my love, and this gives us the power to walk into the heart of our LORD along paths that nature can never build to secure for ourselves a future and a destiny together.

A future and a destiny that is constantly met in our souls where our faith and our hope ever intersect in the every Now of our times.

I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

Dearest Miyang Marie,

I've been praying - sometimes more than my own needs - about the situation in Gaza and modern Israel, hoping, my loveliest love, for an end to the violence.

So many have been killed - most of them civilians, innocent men, women and children - these people who have been lost to us in our midst care not about partisan rhetoric, their lives must be accounted for - lest we reap the wrath that is to come - justice as a virtue is about restoration and so it demands that we listen to their hopes - for it is their hopes that always endure with us where their lives are no longer are with us in this time and place - make their hopes our own and then carry it all through - together, shoulder to shoulder - building momentum in time, from our hearts into the one reality of our own times - for them, for the nameless who are nameless no more.

I have been pondering deeply about the losses inflicted to our shared humanity - on both sides - as well as the fears shared by the living - on both sides - for it troubles me more than anything else, my loveliest love. Because it reminds me of you in your own times, my darlingest, and the night-time bombardments that you and your loved ones have had to endure in your own time here on this inhabited earth. And matter did it all to you, my loveliest love, that these were Allied bombers doing the bombing? I know that fear because of the love that I know in God in you, my darlingest Miyang Marie - and it is a fear that no child, no woman, no man on this inhabited earth has had to endure where the will of God and the will of earth is closer in this one reality than what it is today.

During Mass just this last Sunday, my loveliest love, I can't help but look at mothers and their children who were with me in Church and my mind kept drifting towards the Middle East, towards Gaza and modern Israel. Every child I see here often reminds me of every child I know in my heart suffers the curse of war in the Middle East. It is why I have this hatred of war, my loveliest love - war as a beast is the bane of all our nations' most basic of all hopes to build on creation and by doing so, to effect the liberation of as many souls as possible to God through God for God.

It is also your hope, my love, isn't it? That hatred of the Jewish people should cease - which is the same as to say that the hatred that exists between each and every one of our nations should cease to exist - for this hatred has its roots in war as a paradigm whole - for all hatred that becomes meaningless where charity is concerned is the hate that burns in the reprobate heart of all that stands to serve not the life of this creation and by so doing refuse to obey the one Creator of all creation. Should we allow for one segment of our one whole humanity to become vulnerable to war, the same as if a sheet of paper when lit by fire shall soon turn into ashes, we would all soon be consumed by a raging hatred that cares not what divisions we have come to believe divides the one whole upon wholes, for this hatred only cares about consuming all in all: For what war does to one, war does to all.

Where we to understand the roots of war - perhaps, we would be better prepared to effect the hopes that so many of its victims have left for us in our own time - for to break this siege is an imperative of this present generation of human beings, the next one after this and those elder generations who are so inclined to join in this striving with us - it is an imperative because war is the main siege that needs to be broken before we could address the other more vital issues that is plaguing our nations as well as our one planetary whole at this time - all towards the hope of reaping the greater benefits of the new age that is already dawning upon our poor world.

And the Middle East is at the fulcrum, it is the center of gravity, where we all - as the one family of the nations of mankind - find ourselves directed by the reality of the times.

To bring justice to the losses - on both sides - of this conflict, there is no better way than to advance forward the peace process - heal the division within the one people of unborn Palestine, and effect a unified authority that would represent with justice, nobility and right intention, the nameless, suffering Palestinians who deserve - on behalf of their own undertaking of Country, an undertaking whose intrinsic hopes even now, they are bravely living and dying to make their own - the love and protection of their own responsible state.

This nobility of the common, nameless people should never be lost us in our poor world and should always be in the minds of those who represent the people in every Republic.

This peace process must also serve the good interests of the nameless, suffering Israeli people - human beings - who deserve, after 2000 years of insecurity, to live in the security of their own nation, under their own right and honorable state, working their own labor of Country in peace - shoulder to shoulder, specifically with the nation of Palestine whose right to exist we are currently striving to effect - and in general with all the other nations of mankind to whom she belongs with and of whom she is a vital and necessary contributing part of.

Not to embrace the hopes of both of these nations in their hour of great need is only an appeasement to war and to appease war is to endanger the future of all our nations.

We do not need to be able to see far into the future for us to realize the great value of peace in our times. We could leave behind all religious considerations and still come to the same convictions - why? Because all caring human hearts know that life - all of life - is a precious thing to waste. Why? Because God wrote that as a law in our hearts.

I love you, my Miyang.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090109

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

I wasn't feeling well yesterday so I decided to get some rest and so here I am feeling all better now.

You know that I like to ponder things, right? So here I am with a fresh new set of things to write about, my love.

First of all, I want to write about how beautiful my people is - the Filipino people are a beautiful people. Because I feel this way, when other people say they're a beautiful people, I can truly feel happy for them. Happy is the nation that loves itself - for then the people have love for one another. But happier still is the nation that loves other nations - then, they are shepherds like our Lord.

Now, I think all the nations of the world are beautiful but I have to say that the apple of my eye is the Pearl of the Orient and the Sun in my soul is my own Filipino people. This is what makes us a nation, you see - if we did not have this consciousness of being distinct from other nations, then our LORD would not have crowned the struggle of our heroes with the promise of Country nor the blood of our martyrs blossom into the gift of a free Republic.

Now, "free" is something that me and my people are still working on, and you know that my love, right? For you are working this work with me, my Yang-yang Marie, for you are the hope of my hope. For the Filipino is not yet free. I know that we can only be free when there is peace and the hope of peace is restored to our people. Else, it is a fake freedom - and because I love this Filipino nation, I can not abide by fake things - for we - the one Filipino nation - live in a real world with real problems, we are a real people and our suffering is real, the death that everyday haunts us is real and so are the tears that my people have shed for hundreds of years - these are all real. And so is our hope, my love. A hope that can only be realized by a return to peace.

And so peace is a call - like a call to prayer - within or without, public or private, it is a call to return to the very heart of things, to the silence that speaks to us from within, of winged truth and quiet light - to the one LORD that beckons all souls like a love longing for Itself.

Which brings us to the news report that caught my attention - of course, about the situation in the Gaza strip. The UN representatives of those significant nations who are working on the details of a ceasefire were reportedly trying to find the right wording to the document - allegedly whether the ceasefire should be a requirement or a demand: I say it is a call to peace and it is a call that must be responded to, a call that if ignored bring dire consequences that is not very difficult to imagine from where we stand in this dispensation.

That innocents - of the one side of the peace - suffer without cause is insulting to the God of all life - all honorable religion, especially the Abrahamic traditions are very particular about this. It is not anything that is new under the sun. For we are all loved - verily, this is true - but this love requires that we grow OUT to each other in tolerance and understanding - both as individual human beings and as individual human nations - and not grow UP to hardened hearts that rise above the rest, into those places where only our God must reign.

War is hell. Do you know who said that, my Miyang? General William Tecumseh Sherman said that during the American Civil War. Let me expound on those same words: War is senseless, war is decrease, war is death, war is a lie. War, of course, as a one paradigm whole - is a beast, a devourer of peoples, the bane of all human civilization. There is too much hope left behind by innumerable victims of war from the last 2000 years for our broken and weary humanity in general to ignore the plea to peace - too much reason for Judaism, Christianity and Islam in particular to ignore the call of the LORD without consequence.

So let us continue to pray, my love. Pray together and then act to become the change in God that our LORD is calling us to become in our hearts and in our times. Indeed, there are countless reasons to do so - reasons who shall in eternity rejoice with us the triumph of the one Prince of Peace, the one LORD of all life.

Also, as regards to the global financial crisis that we are all - as a one family of the nations of mankind - trying to endure through at this time, it was reported that the porn industry in the US is also asking for a bailout but I say, let them rot: Time to eject this toxic industry out into the darkness behind us. I've my own experience with porn and you know that, my most patient Miyang Marie, as I've no secrets with you. And so I speak from my own understanding of this evil when I say save and rehabilitate the victims and throw the rest of them out.

Now, if we lived in a fantasy world and illegal drugs were legal and the drug addiction industry were asking for a bailout - I'd think exactly of the same thing to say - for I know that one thing feeds into the other. And I know this from my own sad experience with these things so its not like I'm only being carried by the current of other people's moral judgments about these things, I'm speaking from the force of my own convictions - convictions I am willing and able to defend with all of my being.

Today, I am going to try again for another call center job, my love. And also, I've been thinking about taking the civil service exams to see if I can get a government job. Things are looking on the up and up - all the time, it seems and you know why, my love? Because we're in love, my darlingest Miyang Marie.

It's true what Jesus said that we shall be as the angels in heaven because our love is as such. For my darlingest, you are more to me than sister, wife or friend. There is indeed a love in heaven that does not have or can not have a translation here in our inhabited earth. Which is why I often say that this world shall never know how much I love you - not because I don't want to share it but because it is a sheer impossibility to do so and that is what we have, my darlingest. A Love that as Itself can be trusted as a Person (the Holy Spirit) just the same as we can trust our own persons, one to another. It is why sometimes we just have to trust in the Love Itself to collect us back together. And when I think about what we share, I'm joyful. And it's also compatible with all the other loves that are available to me here in this life, too. For what we have, my darlingest Annelies Marie, is not a love that competes with other loves, it is a love rather, that serves to bring into completion all the other loves that I have with all the people here that I love and will love in time and unto the passing away of the heavens and the earth, God-willing, in eternity.

Speaking about this transcendental kind of love - prominent in my mind also is the situation about gay people - for they need to discover this kind of a love to help them live the chaste lives necessary within the one Solidarity, should they want to be a part of the apostolate as well.

I will have to ponder and write down the details about this for the community - suffice to say, that in the one Solidarity - they can be openly gay (as themselves in their own sufficiency) but also just as openly chaste. And since we are committed to the truth - they shall be referred to in the gender that they are born into this world as - he for he, masculine for masculine, she for she, feminine for feminine - and they shall also dress and look their actual gender - but their spirits are free to be themselves, they can be as hard or as soft in their spirits as they want - but always with love and as their CHASTE selves, shedding away all carnality and carnal desires to be able to serve, love and know the one Beautiful in spirit and in truth. For we shall all, each and every one of us, dwell in the one, same liberty that does not distinguish between persons but rather recognizes only the truth that lives within each of ourselves and desire to bring it out, for our good and for the good of all of us.

Humanity is not hard to love, you know, my love - it just takes effort - effort and belief. Its not hard to find the beautiful for being beheld by Beauty Itself beautiful, we just need to shed away the darkness that blinds us to what beauty there is by learning to believe once again, completely, absolutely and irreversibly, in the light. And for us Christians - the sacred humanity of our Lord Christ stand as testament to the unique place that God has in His heart for human beings.

And so I love you, you are and shall always be my first contact star, my one Miyang Marie.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090107

Dearest Miyang Marie,

Darlingest, today we're going to take a break from the dizzying crash of the reality of the times to concentrate on the stillness of our universe together within, my love.

You know this blog is entitled "Planet Annelies", right my Miyang? You know why? Because at the liberation of the habitation of humankind from war and sin, after the resurrection of the body at Last Day, here at the restoration of our worlds together - when our LORD God and one and only Creator shall set all of mankind truly free, when each if us shall be in complete possession of our lives together forever in and with God, at that time, my darlingest, when I shall be at a complete liberty to offer you those divine chocolates that you can actually taste, flowers that you can actually smell, nice dresses you can actually touch and wear, gifts you can actually see with your own lovely, green (calico cat - *lol* /smile) eyes, my sweet, and sing you songs you can actually hear with your own (pointy-cat) ears, my darlingest Miyang - I shall, if I could - name after you a one whole world, "Planet Annelies" - many worlds, if I could, for there are innumerable worlds out there in this visible universe and in the restoration that is to come, ALL of them shall be within our reach - which means that it shall all be within the reach of all of the people of good will from among all of mankind, all the people who have - by their lives' width and breadth won for themselves - the complete Peace and friendship of our one LORD - the one triune Perfection. Yeah, I'll give you them cute little stuffed toy animals that I shall win for you at the arcade, too - and I know you'll love it, you'll love it so much. We'll have so much fun, my Miyang. And it's not all just a dream - far from being a fantasy, it's all real, an awakening that is happening even now.

And as far as your own sacred remembrances here on our inhabited earth in exile time, my darlingest, I shall also endeavor to preserve it in the way that you have endeavored yourself to preserve me with complete respect for our differences. Respect for what makes us distinct is the way towards understanding what makes us grow in our togetherness.

Also, let me tell you about this dream I had a couple of nights or so ago - Ok, so this is a first person perspective. The setting is Saint Paul's in Paranaque during the time when I attended kindergarten over there in 1979. The scene looked like it was New Year and there were people lighting firecrackers inside the front parking lot of the school. I was looking in from the outside gate from where I saw this lit firecracker land on the back of a young boy. Now, I'm not particularly sure if the particular firecracker that landed on the young boy's back was a sparkler or one of those ones that explode. But this firecracker had inadvertently injured the boy of about 10 or 11 years old. The faceless people in the dream were looking for a first aid station to take the young boy when I volunteered to take him. The boy looked distinctly Filipino - kayumanggi. In the dream, I knew of a first aid station in Saint Andrew's School which is across the street from Saint Paul's - but then I remember deciding that the first aid station at my old childhood home in Panapaan was a better choice. As I was making the decision, the young boy led me into Saint Andrew's church where I saw him kneel down on one of the pews near the back of the church. He then raised both his hands up and outward like a cross and then - now this is the most intense part of the dream - I saw our Lord's wounds bleed out (not profusely but just simply) from each of his hands and as young boy turned to look at me and I saw instead, our Lord's radiant face - my most loving Jesus' shining face - and I felt my person in the dream (first person perspective) being lifted up (floating) and in my mind I was saying, "no, no, Lord, this is too much, this is too much" as if I was resisting the intensity of that part of the dream itself - and the dream ended, my love.

Also, I have been cultivating this new friendship with a new friend - Saint Anthony - God made him manifest in my life (longer story for another time) and once these things happen - it's friends forever, you know that, too - my Miyang, right? Friends forever! I'm now trying to get to know Saint Anthony of Padua - and also trying to complete some friendship obligations I have with Saint Therese of Liseux. Oh I have been such a rotten friend to most - if not all of them - my most precious of friends: Blessed Jacinta, too, I owe so much. But I know all of them understand that you are my first contact star - if we were a star system, my love - we'd be what is known as a binary - to the naked sight, it seems like one star - but to God's eyes - this one star is actually two, you and me. I can be so very informal with you, my Miyang (I can call you Miyang and still feel right about us, you see), something I can not do with the others while I am yet in this life - and I don't have to strain or to overstretch myself to make these things manifest in my heart - all of the love that I possess inside of my heart is as natural as creation itself - it is all a Straightpath.

All right, I still have to go and apply for this new job, my Miyang.

I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090106

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

My darlingest - all the world seem focused on the situation in Gaza where modern Israel and Hamas is fighting each other - and where so many civilians are everyday suffering tears and death. I have some of my own Filipino compatriots, civilians reported to be in the midst of all this fighting as well.

My darlingest, peace - a sustainable peace must be found in that part of our world: This IS the will of heaven. But peace seem something not very much understood in our world today. So much of war in the past 2000 years - and more - has made the spirit of humankind numb to war's senselessness; has made our nations weary to any other kind of tension other than the military one that seem to dominate their relationships, one with another. But hope is also a tension, isn't it, my love, a tension that is more worthwhile and accepting of life than the military. Now, I am not saying that the military is not something good, my love - but where the military is useful is where the military is intended and the military is never intended to win the peace but to drive back the violence that prevent peace from taking place. What wins the peace - ultimately and decisively - is the hearts and minds of the people who have come to believe in peace over war; and who have come to understand that peace holds to no side but is by itself - a one, whole, indivisible truth - a one paradigm whole. Neither does peace oppose war for war has utterly no place in the reality of the one peace - in action, it is a turning away from war and not a confrontation with it.

The hallmark of a true peacemaker is the understanding that peace is a one and indivisible paradigm whole.

I know how much you love Israel, my darlingest - and God knows I love the nation of Israel as well - but we both know that lies and appeasement shall never serve the better interests of Israel or of any nation on earth. And so if we love Israel, we must be forthright with her and love her in the context of the one family of nations where she absolutely belongs with and belongs to - and in God, forever. To love one nation, my darlingest, in this day and age - is to love all of them. To love just one is to love none at all. For all of our nations have claim to be the greatest undertaking of Country (Country, like we said before, being a verb) in the universe and all of these claims hold true merit - and it shall soon be clear that this is an inevitable and undeniable hallmark of this age.

If we shall excuse the evil that happens to one segment of our humanity - no matter who or where or how different or how the same they are to each and any of us - we would have effectively abandoned the one whole of our shared humanity - for such is the way evil works. But to embrace all good things with courage and tenacity is the way of good: What war does to one, war does to all.

Now, since my last commentary, Israel has gone with ground troops into Gaza. Gaza, my love, is a tiny stretch of land with a high population density. I feel for the people of Gaza - their suffering above all should be reason enough for the fighting to stop. I know that you pray for them and I do also pray for them along with the nameless innocents of Israel who have a right to feel secure after 2000 years of insecurity that led up to the Holocaust, my love - the Shoah, which is because of you, something very personal to me. I have a burning hatred for all things of a similar spirit - all things that stink of the beast of war.

You know, the use of ground troops directly equates to a complete commitment to be decisive. This commitment is complete because entailed with it is an implicit surrender to death and the toll that death shall take into account not only from among the troops but also from among the enemy troops (who we must always respect) as well as, quite unfortunately, to the civilian population - for all of these to the noble commander's heart are not numbers but human persons. The higher the toll, the more the need to be decisive. Therefore, it takes a willingness to sacrifice to commit land forces to the fight. This is not lost to me - it will never be lost to me - on both sides, as well. I know Hamas' will to fight is also as indisputable - it is just as fierce.

But this will to fight must not be one-tracked lest it reap only death. Soldiers' fall not so that our nations may also fall but so that entire civilizations may rise. And this rise may only be facilitated under a reign of peace and never under the oppressive slavery of war.

Therefore, this need to be decisive - if we shall take it right up to the grand strategic view - this equates to a need for not only a cease-fire but for an entire process to be put into place; a quest for sustainable peace in that troubled region. And we will look for this peace.

Something that you and I pray, the leaders of that region - and of our poor world - may come to understand - and soon. For war is not the only matter that is pressing, but war IS the main siege that prevents our poor world - our one family of nations - from addressing and effectively dealing with other more vital, planetary concerns.

I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090105

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

To be sure, my love, I want to say - I love our nations - all of them, without exception, their great luminosity as galaxies of stars are truly wondrous and precious to my heart. A nation, to me, is more than just externals - verily, appearances can be deceiving - especially here in the midnight dark of sin and war. One can claim to be this and that by static definition only and that really would not amount to much merit in the light of the truth unless that definition be truly a labor of life and not just a bunch of empty words. For a nations is a soul that you share with other souls - an awareness of conscious community that is uniquely distinct from other conscious communities of the inhabited earth; a living awareness of the affinity of a one whole lineage of kindred generations that extends across space and time. A nation is a belonging we have with each other as keeper and as friend - it divides the labor of the earth and not the earth itself.

Just as when we look at our night sky above with the eyes of our body, we see this great and empty void - a void which is just as hostile to the unseen soul, unshielded by our LORD and unaided by our LORD's holy hosts, as it is hostile to the seen body of each and every human being without exception, we find that it is easy to focus more on the darkness for this require lesser effort than what starlight there is - so it is with the eye of our heart, for if it is dark - how great this darkness must truly be. For the eye that from within the soul loves to focus on the darkness is a heart that does love the darkness and so collects within itself, what darkness there is.

And so the light is the light and the darkness the darkness. And what I love about our nations, my darlingest - just as your own life has taught me - is the luminosity in our lives - for I have made the extra effort, as you did, my love, to believe in what is the good in each of us - and have likewise heretofore sheded away the darkness which is so easy to believe in and to look at rather than the light. And so even when the light is invisible to my eyes - I still know that it is there and that despite the dark, it is for certain that it shall soon reach me even as I reach out to it.

Let me think about this for a while, my love. I would that we relate this to events in our poor world but my heart is not prepared at this time to look again at those matters - they are painful to me.

But like I always say - you by your own sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet (I could go on forever...) self, my darlingest Miyang Marie - suffice to being my wandering soul back home again - everytime, all the time - for it is always your starlight smile that makes life ever so beautiful again to me, my darlingest.

I love you, 'Yang - you are my home. You are the line of my will, my love, you are the threshold from which nothing of the darkness of my past life may ever again cross, God-willing - here into the present moment of our timeless love together.

I love you, my Miyang: Verily, this world shall never know how much I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090104

My dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

Some more thoughts that I overlooked last night, my love -

I've met some Filipino Muslims and some I know cordially in the course of my time here at home since I got back from overseas and some of them I knew to be Muslims not by their own words but by the spirit in their heart - things that are manifest in the way a person acts - and given that I am a professing, confessing Roman Catholic Christian - I know how difficult it must be to have to hide something as huge a part of our lives as human beings as our own convictions of soul. Why then, I ask myself must my own brothers and sisters in God and Country feel the need to do this? I intrinsically know they wouldn't do this out of their own free choice - thus, they must be compelled by something that is oppressive to human freedom. Something which is social because if it were individual then, they'd be quite particular about it but they're not. Something which our one Solidarity shall work address, my lovingest love, through the commissioning of our Abrahamic squadrons.

I want our Filipino Muslim brothers and sisters to feel proud (not the sinful kind) about their being Muslim - I want to say to them if not by word then by act - so you're Muslim, my beloved friend and constant companion, so then be a good Muslim, and just the same with me and with every human being who has ever lived and shall ever more live upon our one planet, produce the fruits of a good and honorable religion which is edible for all humanity - and by extension, good for all of sacred life in this, our one Creator's one seen creation, go and be beautiful, and let us be strong for each other, let us climb this mountain path, Beloved of God and let us together add to the peace of our world - Godspeed from always to always.

These are the same words I would say to my brother and sister Jews and to all the just of the world who are crafted of the same light. For I know that the Holy Spirit of our God - our one, triune Perfection, is indeed, active in the hearts of all those who live lives of good will and produce, in the Name of our one LORD, the eternal fruits of virtue for and on behalf of all humankind - I have begun a work on this called, "On Honorable Religion".

Also, my darlingest Miyang Marie, I should like to relate to you what I saw in my heart's eye during the mass I attended on January 1 - which is the Queenship of our Lady. I saw this great and wondrous feast with our Lady at the head table, she had this sweet, angelic smile and on her head was the simple crown that she wore in Fatima - and during that feast, God was extolling for His one people, the excellence of the Theotokos, the one Mother of our Lord, Jesus Christ - all were happy, I was almost in tears with joy - well, I cried a little as well and were I not in a public place I would have shouted and wept in a manner that some people might misconstrue as just crazy and so for their sake's, I reigned in my emotions but cherished the view from within - very much like I do with us, my Miyang Marie, you yourself know how much I love you - but verily, the world shall never, ever know. And so I am beginning to realize now what the Liturgy is and it is something sweet that I am still pondering on, even at this time. Now, I could never think of any Saint or any Angel of our LORD without at the same time thinking of how great and how wonderful our God really and truly is; of how glorious are our God's perfections.

Also, Country - in the way that we shall use this term - is a verb not a noun; it is not a place in time but a destination at the end of time - something that I should soon add to some of my blog entries.

Yup, those are the thoughts, my darlingest. And I should that I soon spend time to sort them out.

I love you, my darlingest Miyang Marie - you're my first contact star of our own true skies.

Always to always,

Pusing

20090103

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

Darlingest, again I have to put down some more thoughts that I want to cultivate as a reminder for me as I do not have the space nor the place right now to do so - first and foremost on our list is the goings-on in the Middle East: You know, I try not to be specific on my official postings on my "All to my All" blog - this for reasons, you know what - I don't really "try" not to be specific - they are really that way sometimes - anyway, here is my own commentary on the situation in the Gaza strip - Now, we could spend hours going back in time (like we could) to get to the actual the root of this matter but we won't so here goes: Hamas fired rockets into Israel. The state of Israel responded accordingly to protect it's citizens. The IDF - in its understanding of the nature of the situation - chose to strategically use air power to attack the "enemy" will. Hamas continues to fire rockets into civilian districts within the nation of Israel. The IDF air strikes - air power being air power - begin to take its toll on the civilian population of the Gaza strip. Our world - our broken humanity, so weary of war, begins to take sharp notice of the mounting casualties of innocents from ALL sides of the one side of sacred life, begins to speak its will. The IDF begins to consider sending in ground forces - land power being land power, this is a move that I completely understand - depending on the disposition of the troops - as a mitigation or an escalation of the defense force offensive. Hamas continues to shell civilian districts within the nation of Israel.

What do you notice here, my darling? It seems that the only conversation that the two sides are capable of making is a physical one - or in the terminology of our nations - a military confrontation. But peace as we all should know it is not a physical, tangible, visible thing to be won - in a likewise physical manner - like a medal or an award, which raises the question - how much bloodshed, military and civilian, is necessary before the two sides wake up to the fact that 1) peace is not a method of the military, 2) peace can not be won through acts of violence - most especially against those innocents of ours - on ALL sides of the one side of the peace - to whom peace as we all should know it is dedicated to serve and defend. Knowing that God requires an account of each human life from each of our nations, I should that I pray - for all our sakes' - that the violence in Gaza soon end and peace become for both Israel and unborn Palestine a reason for life and not for the longest time, a season for death. I will write as much as I can on this as necessary, my darlingest, for peace in that region is part of the solution and not part of the many problems our suffering humanity needs to address in this present time.

Also, I should like to relate to you the kindness of Saint Anthony to me - there was this one afternoon that I spent around 4 hours, on and off, trying to find where I last put my glasses and as I had a shift at work later on that night, I was getting a bit concerned about the matter and so I told my mom who helped me search and also mentioned Saint Anthony who among us Roman Catholics is a patron Saint of lost things, and so I (being not so used to asking intercession from Saints other than those who I personally have a bond with) reluctantly said a prayer to Saint Anthony - I found my specs within two minutes - or even under a minute - of saying the prayer behind the electric fan. This impressed on my mind the kindness and the readiness of ALL of God's Saints and Angels to help those people who need help and who have faith in the LORD of all our lives. Thank you, Saint Anthony.

Also, I saw a program just this morning about our Filipino youth speaking about magazines and conceived of a magazine that our one Solidarity shall make an effort to publish that is specifically made for not just our Filipino youth but for the youth of this age who are some of the very people for whom all of this work is lovingly dedicated to, my love. We - you and I - should like to call it "Starshine". This beside the official publication of the one Solidarity which is - now, I am not yet decided on the name but at this point in time, I'm going with "Truelight".

Also, another topic which I should cultivate is a topic on conservation and development. We shall try to balance environmental concerns with industrialization and industrialization with globalization - all in the context of the one paradigm of the peace. But all of these, my love, are and shall remain unattainable were the conflicts that burn our world and clip the wings of human hope remain unbowed and unfettered.

Thanks my lovingest, darlingest, sweet, sweet, Miyang Marie for your patience and your kindness with me - I've also thought about another haiku for us, my love, a haiku about you being "my first contact star" (that's 5 syllables right there, my love) which you really, really are to me, my Annelies Marie.

I love you.

Always to always,

Pusing

Dear darlingest Miyang Marie,

Darlingest, just a few reminders for me today of ideas based on my own personal observations, realizations and life experiences I would like to further develop later on. First, I would like to write a poem about "those ordinary days" - one of the two moments in my walk with God that I feel that I am most vulnerable to temptations from all sources: world, flesh and the Devil and his fallen hosts - the other moment being those "cusps" in time - those "crossroads" that constitute defining moments in life. This poem will eventually lead to thinking about the Liturgy of Holy Mother Church - for I understand now why it must be so - but I still feel I need to prayerfully meditate about all of this with our LORD.

Also, I'm just not so inclined to write anything significant right now. I also want to write more deeply about the nation as a quite significant area of Country (the three elements being the state, nation and market) and the places that exists within the nation - the nation or the national community being the people in general, specifically those "holy spaces" within one's habitation with God.

Also, I want to write about the proper spiritual awareness and spatial decorum that is to be adapted by our one Solidarity within those holy precincts that integrate the will of heaven with the will of the national community or the nation - specifically, within a local church from among our one Holy Mother Church. For I want utter awareness and complete respect, from among all of the regular (i.e. Roman Catholic) membership of this apostolate, for the Real Presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in the beating heart of every local church - the Tabernacle - as the source and the summit of this apostolate's particular charism - which is the Peace of Jesus Christ.

Also, I would like to pray more about the year 2012 as I have long felt this year to be significant - one of those "cusps" in time, if you will, my love - but whether its significance is personal, national or global is yet unclear to me - or it could be nothing at all.

That is all, my love, in a nutshell. I'm off today and so I shall enjoy this day with people I love - like you, my Miyang - you're my home, I belong to you and you belong to me - we're a unit -and that is all.

I love you so much.

Always to always,

Pusing
