Dear darlingest Annelies Marie,
Beauty
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This is true in so many levels for all living and breathing things - above all, human beings - are beautiful for being beheld by Beauty Itself.
Therefore, for human beings such as you and I, beauty - to be true - must be more than just physical attraction. It must consist of the attraction of one's whole being to another - both body and soul.
As I learned to view beauty from this perspective, I learned to appreciate the beautiful in the littlest of things. It is why I am so enamored with you, my loveliest love, because to know beauty, one must learn to trust that it is, beautiful. It is really a very difficult thing to explain indeed because I am talking here now of a purely spiritual attraction. It is of a realm where no human words, I find, are adequate so I use the word, "friend".
But before I fly off on a tangent with you, my loveliest love, what I really wanted to pursue in this line of thinking is physical attraction or to be more precise, sexual attraction.
First of all, I should want to talk a little about our human sexuality because above all, I do not want the feminine of our Starshine to ever think they are not beautiful.
Our young Starshine, most especially our young girls, seek beauty but they should know first of all that beauty is found not on the outside - as in vanity - but in the inside - as in virtue - that they may have a place to anchor their hopes of growing up gracefully.
Precious Starshine, beauty is in thy soul because that is where the seat of Beauty is found. Just as youth is in the spirit that strives, beauty is in the soul that being alive to the longing within itself, rests at peace with itself.
External appearance is important but if it is without timeless foundation, time itself shall eventually prevail over it.
Girls and Boys
Our precious Starshine, my darlingest dear, most especially our girls, never need anyone's permission to feel beautiful nor must they feel they need to sacrifice any of their own integrity of self and/or surrender parts of their own hearts to be appreciated or to be accepted by anyone.
For our boys have their own path - the path of strength - and our girls have theirs - the path of beauty. And these two paths in life are but one path but to get to an understanding of that, one must first get to know one from the other and so girls grow up differently from boys - that is the natural course - because that is the way it should be. However much our dreams and our hopes, however unique and diverse our individual potentials for good, girls will be girls and boys will be boys. And I am not so worried about our boys growing up as much as I am of our girls for it is upon the feminine that so much of our authentic human freedoms are predicated upon.
My personal word of caution, most especially to all our dear Starshine, both boys and girls, as regards to our human sexuality is this - to view human sexuality from a purely physical perspective, without any consideration for the spiritual dimension that all human beings undeniably possess, will most certainly lead to calamity.
We can never make an object out of beauty because the Source of all that is beautiful is not an object. We are only made beautiful because we are subject to an unchanging will, eternal and divine, that makes out of nothing, something and not just something, my loveliest love, but something that is beautiful and therefore, good - even very good. This Beauty, viewed from a standpoint of time, is always in motion.
Sexual Attraction
A man is attracted to a woman not because he is a man but because she is a woman and a woman is attracted to a man not because she is a woman but because he is a man. This is the basic rule of human sexual attraction. It is considerate of the other person as a person of beauty, unique and irreplaceable, and not as an object of sin, faceless and disposable.
For our sexuality may only be human to the degree that we freely and humanly choose to own the responsibility that is distinct to our calling as human beings - this means employing reason and understanding so as not just to transmit life but to do so from the freedom and the unity of our love.
Consider the opposite to our rule: A man is attracted to a woman because he is a man and nothing else will follow. For when the original estate of Man is violated by sin, nature itself becomes corrupted, beauty is grieved, our humanity is denied, our LORD is offended and all that is sacred in life is profaned.
"In this way does pornography and the pornographic nature of our times thrive and it constantly reinforces this same mindset, a poisonous and inhuman mindset that reduces the dignity of the human person into the play thing of the sins that victimize with such scandal and severity the nobility of Man."

Personally, from my own experience, there must be physical attraction first to open the heart to each other (falling in love) but to keep it open (falling out of love), there must follow (oftentimes as a choice to trust in the love itself), the work of finding and defining for each other a deeper, more permanent sense of spiritual attraction (the outset of mature love). This is the ordinary path that leads to union with the beloved and it leads to the married state of life.
Admittedly, this is not a path that I have had much personal experience in my own life but too, this path being the most common of all is one that can not escape my observation.
There are other paths, to be sure, and we shall take them up as we go along here on our Planet Annelies.
There are also distinct challenges to human sexuality e.g. homosexuality, contraception, etc. which we have already treated in the past but shall also review along the way that we may add to the growing understanding of our shared humanity.
Let me just reiterate here that we shall not be digressing from the doctrinal standpoint of my Holy Mother Church as regards to all of this in that if there is anything that is perceived to be new to our understanding, it is only new not because it wasn't there before but because it has only become clearer to us now and therefore, necessary to understanding these present times.

There is a kid out there, my love - a very special Starshine, and his name is Adam - he would be about 5 or 6 years old by now. And of course, once ours is once never forgot - so God bless you, Adam - and all of you, each of our precious Starshine - as a firmament whole - most especially those of you who are directly affected by the curse of War - each of the all of you is part of the reason I, we - our Miyang and all the other numberless Stars who love you, seen and unseen, by the grace of our LORD, drive relentlessly to establish this work as a foundation of better things to come.
For in each of you, our precious Starshine, are begun the lineages of the generations of life - each of your potential, however seemingly lost it may feel in the great sweep of all things, my dear, is tremendous - for it is written, and so it is, amen, my love, so it is.
Therefore, stay close to each other, and let us take this timeless journey together even as those Arcs across the Sky, into the dawn and the breaking of the new.

The sword, Excalibur, is a similitude of power; that power, most especially the power to rule over the people (that sovereign right to rule over thy peers which is a right that by Justice belongs to God alone), once gripped with selfish hands ultimately makes the wielder impotent in the sight of Men, angels and of God.
But power once wielded by a heart that is free and willing to make the surrender of kings and therefore, is able to free its inherent promise of good for and on behalf of the nations of needful Mankind, ultimately unleashes in that person, by the grace of God, and despite of all things, the nobility of the true kings of Mankind.
Because willing surrender to the nobility of sacred service brought upon by a spirit of true and loving sacrifice are the hallmarks of the greatest of our kings and our rulers of old, elect from eternity. They all share this victory as a gift of God among themselves and this nobility is their correct heritage and their royal legend that converge unto all of present time - to remind us, across our generations arrayed in time, of what is great in the humanity in ourselves - and by this remembrance therefore, past into present hope.
How power is wielded defines the way in which a human ruler is forever remembered by our nations meant by our one, peerless Creator to last from emerging, maturing, to mature nations in exile time and in the course of our hope perfected in, of and by God through Country, into eternity as ascended nations forever.

Dear darlingest Annelies Marie,
The ides of march are coming around once more, my love. This year, I shall write you a poem - "Starlight Smile".
Some people think human suffering is a problem that needs to be solved. This is the same kind of thinking that proposes to the soul of Mankind that line that death is something humanity needs to control or manipulate.
Suffering is something that needs to be shared. The sharing is the problem and not the suffering itself. Too many people try to think that what amount we deem to give to others is the size of the gift like happiness is a material thing to be had only by measures earthly and base. But the giving IS the gift and this spiritual reality is a truth that is plain in the Gospel messages.
Material thinking would also have us believe that death is something that Mankind needs to bring under its direct control like death were some created thing to be manipulated according to our good pleasure. But death is a divine decree, it is a motion in the course of time that fulfills in mortal things, the immortal plan of the one, eternal Divine and once grasped by hearts willing to see beyond the veil that covers it with shadow and tears is a not thing worth the abject despair that makes derelict the life that we all need to be able continue to live in spite of it.
Death is something that needs more respect than fear for death is but an extension of Justice's arm; an undertaking of hope for some, a reason to love for those souls even fewer than some, yet being the sum of the faith of all things, death beyond the terrible image of itself is a motion of a grace kindred to the longing of all who know and love God and seek His goodness and mercy, serving the LORD with a righteous fear.
Prayer therefore, my precious Starshine, must be ours to practice, difficult though many a time it may be, so that our hopes remain always like our breathing together. For prayer is the breath of the soul, my love - a source of grace.
Life is an art; loving, a craft of life and human sexuality, a tool. Beauty is the impression of life as an expression of its art. It is the substance present in those timeless moments that each of us get - in the ahas, the wows, the hmms and the yahoos - that stay with us like an indescribable thing, etched forever in the wake of our memory, gently beckoning us closer into the conscious heart of its playful yet quiet mystery; enabling that growing sense of marvelous unraveling from within windows of our soul, like lapses in time that reveal the timeless, fleeting glimpses of itself leading to Itself.
Sex and sexuality and the landscapes of this most difficult of journeys that you shall take from within yourself, dearest Starshine, is another matter we shall also take up together along this mountain path. Suffice to say for now, my love, beauty does not entirely depend on sexuality nor does joy arise from its misuse. Understand that this is a thing that goes very, very deep into the human soul for sexuality is a gift to our Mankind by our LORD God Himself and you shall have for yourself a measure of the difficulty we face as regards to its actual divine purpose against the overwhelming tides of the misconceptions that exist surrounding the issue of human sexuality that lay hostile siege against life.
For sin has been set against the original order of creation for such a time yet let us come now to a holy remembrance that not for evil's sake does time exist for verily, there are choices that are laid before Mankind at this present time that that took thousands of years in exile time to mature. Choices that are difficult yet choices still that are present, here and Now, for reasons that are not only good but are also of a good that is completely comprehensible to the soul of Mankind.
There is nothing that is easy that is worthwhile - this is true for all realms, human and angelic, in time as well as in eternity. The labor of human civilization and its sustainable peace is a reflection of this truth. As regards to our inhabited earth, we are at a crossroads as one whole humanity in this present time; a defining moment sleeps within each heart that is called by heaven to awaken to the choice to claim our natural right to a common destiny as a one family of nations and shape the nature of the times to come according to the history that we shall write during these days by the common and nameless lives that we shall live each day, in this generation and on to the next, so that the foundation of better things may be laid for the rest of the generations of life.
This or the whole planet shall descend into another thousand years of conflict until the right choice comes around again but the unthinkable burden of this shall not be theirs but ours. But I believe in our ability to deliver this promise for it is not for want of good that there is evil in our world but for want of contrast between what is and what is not. The heart of Mankind, in spite of our brokenness, shall always tend towards the good - you knew this, my loveliest love, implicitly and unerringly - and you held on to it. So do I and so shall I, my darlingest.

I feel most especially for our little Starshines who are touched by the curse of war, my love. Our young ones are quite resilient but there needs be the expulsion of war as a paradigm whole and the rebuilding of the things of peace for our young to be able to utilize this intrinsic resilience to the obtaining of its purpose, the preservation of their own hope for peace and will for life, and the maturation of the potential universe that sleeps within their soul.
War and the expressions of war are terrible, the violence of battle cause traumatic injuries not only to the corporal body but also to the human soul that understand it not. And children most especially have no ability whatsoever to comprehend the violence of battle.
Where the children are not given the requisite environment that they need to be able to grow into their natural vision as human beings, where the hope of the young are not insulated from the conflagration of war, the whole community is placed in a state of calamity. War when given free entry into the lines of our generations shall seek to confound it and to eventually overthrow its natural order, wreaking havoc upon its wake, leaving gaps where gaps should not exist, division where no division must thrive, turning fathers against sons, sons against fathers, siblings against siblings, destroying the peace and cohesion of our families, diluting the strength of entire human communities, miring entire peoples in poverty and despair, making vulnerable our nations and exposing our shared humanity against the beast that seek to devour it. Mothers as well and the responsible paths that lead into motherhood when exposed to an environment of conflict shall ultimately defeat the purpose for which the defense exists, maintain the life of our humanity and the order of our generations and by doing so, preserve all of the life of our world.

Dear darlingest Annelies Marie,
We do not ask to suffer, dear Starshine, it is our Lord that asks it of us. So we must never, by first principles, desire to invite suffering in ourselves nor find any kind of satisfaction in seeing the same in others. For suffering is not by any means an end to all things but a means to an end purposed to our souls from eternity by the LORD and proposed to our hearts in exile time by our Lord Christ with and through every moment that rise with our hopes to God in prayer. Therefore, we must be able to accept the suffering that is given to us, great or small - but most especially the small - with a heart of love that willingly and joyfully believes the Gospel acclamation that God shall not ask anything of us that we can not bear. We do so for God and for each other in God as true self.
This Season of Lent is a Journey that will take us to the heart of the mystery of suffering. For only through this road shall we discover what it means to be a Christian, of any denomination - the same truth borne of everliving fruits lived in silent witness of the same; knowing without words through the prayer of our Lord, Jesus Christ, what it takes to be a human being unto all human beings. Therefore, making the peace of the LORD, the gift of God in Christ in ourselves and a blessing for all men and women of good will: Peace which is a strength of heaven that we must on earth live to share in common with the other Abrahamic traditions, born of a promise of old to our common Patriarch, Abraham, made by the one Divine that we, the numberless Stars of the one Firmament, shall bless the national communities of Mankind. And verily, there is no other greater need for this promise in the history of Mankind to awaken to the eternal memory of the one Divine than this, our present time. So dearest Starshine, let us choose to be present to each other by our being present to the LORD our God, our one Peace, our one Light: Do not despair but let us labor together in our hearts to fulfill this purpose by living the life that needs to live in each ourselves, neither holding back nor exceeding the promise we have in Jesus Christ: How can any kind of division be stronger than this, my love? Only those who choose to believe in division shall soon be overcome by it - we know it's path, where it leads - and our hopes together shall not let us enter there.
Hell is a timeless state and eventually, at the Last Day, a physical place - the remnant of the void that once was the ageless angelic realms, timeless yet finite, the native of sky, emptied, broken, now left unfeeling, and torn by a war that is not intended for human beings. Yet there can only be one Hell for it is a choice to live the lie that lead away from the reality of all things, seen and unseen. For how can there be two choices that lead away from all that is truth in the Truth? No one arrives into Hellfire by accident and those who are consumed by it have but one regret - the pain of a sense of loss, like guilt that is swallowed up by itself, a worm that dieth not, an undying memory of the pain things that can no longer be, distorted screams lost in the gulf of a senseless, silent oblivion, the fire of Hell is the crush of a lie compressed to the reality of its emptiness along with all things, human and angelic that were once real, who knowingly and wilfully chose to freely worship the lie in all the evil that now rages like an endless burning within itself, imploded into the singularity of Satan's sin; the dark of Hell becomes like a skin, heavy and dense like the darkest and the densest pitch, it clings to beings, distorted and barely human or angelic in appearance, inescapable is this destiny to those who have chosen to embrace it. It is neither a state nor a place that is intended for human beings, in the first instance, but must become so for those who shall chose to worship the lie that denies the existence of the one common Creator of all creation, our one LORD God. Therefore, those who desire Hellfire to consume other human beings know it not in its reality or have come to embrace it as their own. For if we see suffering here in our world, and have compassion in our hearts, why must we have none for the souls of those who we desire to see suffer the insufferable pains of Hell?
We shall learn to integrate this reality in our believing together, that our hopes shine all the more brighter, dearest Starshine, so do not despair, my love. And We do so for God and for each other in God as true self.
As regards to the evil in men, and the countless crimes and abominations that have resulted from it, we shall not let this be an excuse to allow malice to enter into our own hearts - we shall cut evil off from our existence at a time, times and half-a-time, and build on the peace, our hope of the peace being driven by motives that are purely good, letting the evil in evil men sort itself out by itself in the void from whence it came.
Today begins the weekend, my darlingest dear. I'm so excited to busy myself with useful things to do, of course, there's always fun things to enjoy as well - for any world without colors is a bore.
And I'm never bored nor does sadness really and truly persist when I have a home to come home to in you, my darlingest dear, my Miyang Marie - for far may I roam, it is your starlight smile makes things ever so nice again.

I came to this local Internet cafe late tonight thinking of writing about things I now find it hard to recall... Strange that I had with a good measure of enthusiasm managed to get here only to stare for about 10 minutes at the screen, seemingly oblivious of the prior reasons that have moved me so powerfully out of bed to get here. But here goes, my loveliest love...
Oh yeah, I was thinking about a poem about you called, "Starlight Smile" - something that should come natural and extemporaneous to us for having warmed to each other all this time - and still getting warmer. I just want to express the feeling of joy of having this friendship with you more than I already have in "Impatient" and get to those timeless instances where amidst the furthest of fields you pick me up and make me smile. I just can't focus on this here because I've got other people talking and playing games on the other computers. Plus, its late and I don't know how long this shop is willing to stay open till.

Therefore, I hold all parties holding prisoners to honor the intrinsic rights of these human beings. I have already made clear the planetary consequences that we, of the generations of life, are tasked with meeting and deflecting into the void and this is a task that must be begun from here in the Middle East. If not to religious or spiritual leaders, let us listen to the facts of science, there is a deadline ahead, composed of things that I feel are more terrible than they appear, that we should not like to cross before the learning begins.

An Integrated Strategy of Philippine National Defense - the will to preserve the one Republic is also the same will that drives her to advance the hope enshrined in her founding by the nation that have from Divine Providence merited her, as an endeavor of Country. This system of defense, in our post Cold-War world, in order for it to remain sustainable in the long-term must co-exist within a layered synergy of larger frameworks of allied cooperation of whole Endeavors of Country existing within the Scale of the Wholes from national, to regional, to continental, to planetary - all tending toward the common good that Peace Prospers the People.
In the paradigm of the Peace, the Spratley issue becomes a purely economic problem existing within a regional Whole - in a globalized environment, the political lines that determine the limits of national sovereignty must evolve - these lines are not limits that divide the earth but are the responsible reaches of overlapping acceptances to distinctly share the planetary responsibility of stewardship of our world so that future generations of our shared humanity may have a world to shelter them. De-militarized economic zones, primary and secondary capitals, protectorate spheres of responsibility, conflict de-escalation, mutual lines of the absolute defense - all of these are concepts that belong to the new paradigm that belong to the new age that stretches before us like an invitation and a choice presented to our present time.
The Global Filipino - I once thought that we Filipinos just had black hair and that was that for the person I was who having never really noticed before, that black hair is not merely black but are actually cast in subtle shades of darkest golden brown was blind to the fact that there are colors in every person that are indeed, hard to see but if we should learn to love people as human beings, their beauty become not at all impossible to perceive.
I now know from my own experience that our humanity, in our common generations, has a great potential to paint this world into newer and better shades that are so much more richer, fuller and complete in the synergy of their spectrum than the pitch black of the midnight sky that I see hanging overhead, casting a persistent, seemingly permanent, shadow upon nations embittered and broken by war, because from among the scattered debris of civilizations past, amidst the shores of lands - near and far - awash with the empty shells of broken dreams, I have witnessed at the heart of our Mankind, during my own walks with God in prayer, a great blooming of these little white flowers of patient hope being all those promises we must keep, promises born at the beginning of better things to come.
We do not ask to suffer, dear Starshine, it is our Lord that asks it of us. So we must never, by first principles, desire to invite suffering in ourselves nor find any kind of satisfaction in seeing the same in others. For suffering is not by any means an end to all things but a means to an end purposed to our souls from eternity by the LORD and proposed to our hearts in exile time by our Lord Christ with and through every moment that rise with our hopes to God in prayer. Therefore, we must be able to accept the suffering that is given to us, great or small - but most especially the small - with a heart of love that willingly and joyfully believes the Gospel acclamation that God shall not ask anything of us that we can not bear. We do so for God and for each other in God as true self.
This Season of Lent is a Journey that will take us to the heart of the mystery of suffering. For only through this road shall we discover what it means to be a Christian, of any denomination - the same truth borne of everliving fruits lived in silent witness of the same; knowing without words through the prayer of our Lord, Jesus Christ, what it takes to be a human being unto all human beings. Therefore, making the peace of the LORD, the gift of God in Christ in ourselves and a blessing for all men and women of good will: Peace which is a strength of heaven that we must on earth live to share in common with the other Abrahamic traditions, born of a promise of old to our common Patriarch, Abraham, made by the one Divine that we, the numberless Stars of the one Firmament, shall bless the national communities of Mankind. And verily, there is no other greater need for this promise in the history of Mankind to awaken to the eternal memory of the one Divine than this, our present time. So dearest Starshine, let us choose to be present to each other by our being present to the LORD our God, our one Peace, our one Light: Do not despair but let us labor together in our hearts to fulfill this purpose by living the life that needs to live in each ourselves, neither holding back nor exceeding the promise we have in Jesus Christ: How can any kind of division be stronger than this, my love? Only those who choose to believe in division shall soon be overcome by it - we know it's path, where it leads - and our hopes together shall not let us enter there.
Hell is a timeless state and eventually, at the Last Day, a physical place - the remnant of the void that once was the ageless angelic realms, timeless yet finite, the native of sky, emptied, broken, now left unfeeling, and torn by a war that is not intended for human beings. Yet there can only be one Hell for it is a choice to live the lie that lead away from the reality of all things, seen and unseen. For how can there be two choices that lead away from all that is truth in the Truth? No one arrives into Hellfire by accident and those who are consumed by it have but one regret - the pain of a sense of loss, like guilt that is swallowed up by itself, a worm that dieth not, an undying memory of the pain things that can no longer be, distorted screams lost in the gulf of a senseless, silent oblivion, the fire of Hell is the crush of a lie compressed to the reality of its emptiness along with all things, human and angelic that were once real, who knowingly and wilfully chose to freely worship the lie in all the evil that now rages like an endless burning within itself, imploded into the singularity of Satan's sin; the dark of Hell becomes like a skin, heavy and dense like the darkest and the densest pitch, it clings to beings, distorted and barely human or angelic in appearance, inescapable is this destiny to those who have chosen to embrace it. It is neither a state nor a place that is intended for human beings, in the first instance, but must become so for those who shall chose to worship the lie that denies the existence of the one common Creator of all creation, our one LORD God. Therefore, those who desire Hellfire to consume other human beings know it not in its reality or have come to embrace it as their own. For if we see suffering here in our world, and have compassion in our hearts, why must we have none for the souls of those who we desire to see suffer the insufferable pains of Hell?
We shall learn to integrate this reality in our believing together, that our hopes shine all the more brighter, dearest Starshine, so do not despair, my love. And We do so for God and for each other in God as true self.
As regards to the evil in men, and the countless crimes and abominations that have resulted from it, we shall not let this be an excuse to allow malice to enter into our own hearts - we shall cut evil off from our existence at a time, times and half-a-time, and build on the peace, our hope of the peace being driven by motives that are purely good, letting the evil in evil men sort itself out by itself in the void from whence it came.
